You can instantly reply back to your opportunity right after your first dialog at the stand. This can be done in a custom template email where you can design the email with special text and image content of the email. This is very helpful if you have customers from different areas of industries.
This custom template email is send by simply:
1. Go to the opportunity who you want to a custom template email
2. Go to the 'Activities'
3. Click the top Mail-icon and choose the a template email from the predefined list of custom template emails (under the confirmation)
4. Click the Paper airplane in the top right corner in order to send the custom template email
