You can instantly reply back to opportunities with an autogenerated email right after client dialog on the stand. This can be done by email where you can attach your brochure links for the opportunity to preview or download the brochures.
In order to add web pages to an opportunity registration do the following:
1. Click on the "Sales materials" section
2. Select the middle folder named "Web pages"
3. Next you can select what kind of web pages you would like to send to the opportunity.
When sending the automatic mail reply these selected web pages will automatically be encl.
