When you have registered an opportunity using the OCR scanning feature there will be a link for the picture of the business card that can be accessed through your VivoLead web account.
If you want to find the link for the registered opportunity simply:
1. Go to your VivoLead web account
2. Go to Opportunities
3. Find the opportunity and click the 'Eye'-icon on the right in order to see the opportunity
4. Click the picture that contains the business card and copy the URL in the URL-bar

The URL of the business card is also available in the Excel export file from VivoLead web system.
