Do you want to change/reset your password to the VivoLead app? 

  1. Open the VivoLead app

  2. Press "Forgot Your Password"

  3. Enter your email address

  4. Press 'Email'. You will now receive a one-time password in your email inbox.

  5. Enter the login page of the VivoLead app again

  6. Enter email address

  7. Enter the password provided to you in the email

  8. Press Continue

You have now successfully changed your password.
