An internet connection is important when attending an event. The bandwidth and the speed of the connection are important when it comes to the performance of the app and the OCR function. Here are some recommendations:
1. Use your personal mobile phone to share an internet connection with another mobile device
- Connecting to the WI-FI through your own personal device (hotspot) is an easy way of connecting to the internet. This way of doing it only requires a mobile connection in order to share that connection with the
device that has VivoLead installed.
2. Connect to the internet using your own exhibition stand WI-FI installation
- Connecting through your own exhibitor stand WI-FI is the best way to connect to the internet. This requires a bandwidth of at least 2 Mbit. The VivoLead app will not be fully functional if the connection is too slow.

- Do not use the free public internet connection provided by the exhibition center!
