If you are trying to add a new user, and the VivoLead dashboard says that the user already exists, please contact us. The source of the issue is likely that the user, you have tried to add, has already tried to create a new user on our webpage. By registrering this way, they are not linked to your account. 


Because of this, you will not be able to se them on your VivoLead account, even though they do exist in our system. As an email address can not be used twice in our system, you will not be able to create the new user.


This error can only be corrected by VivoLead, so please contact us on support@vivolead.com,or get in touch with your VivoLead contact person, should this error dialogue occur in the dashboard.
