If the photo you have taken is unfocused, the app will likely not be able to read the correct card information. To solve this, take another photo and this time make sure, the photo is focused. Then you should not experience any problems.

If you receive a business card which have information in two different languages, the business card scanner, may find it difficult to read the correct card information. This error you are more likely to see if the card is not only in different languages, but also in different alphabets.
