The media, you send to leads, needs to be accessible through a web link.
When you want leads to receive certain media and select it in the VivoLead app, it is send with the confirmation email. But only as web links. This is because VivoLead does not store the brochures, web pages or digital files, but merely serves as a mediator between you and your lead.
