The email confirmation template, makes it easy for you to engage your leads fast and continue dialogue immediately when your leads leave your exhibition on the trade show.  


Be aware that the confirmation email includes prefixed elements that cannot be changed.

New email for every trade show?

You do not have to change the email template at every new trade show, as the confirmation will automatically update trade show information. Therefore, you can use the same email template as many times and on as many trade shows, as you want.

                

What text can I change?

Text written in bold, can be changed. 

However, if you do not write text in the correlating text fields, the text in bold, will automatically be included in the confirmation email. 


Prefixed email settings

You can change the default email settings to fit your needs, but be aware of the prefixed email settings, which cannot be changed. Your email will need to include these elements. Therefore, you need make sure, the changes you make in the email template, fits in voice and language to the prefixed elements.

Product category/product

When you see text in quotation marks like "product category 1/ product 1", this is information drawn from the interests, you have registred to your lead. 


Example:

Your lead has expressed interest in your sofas, tables and chairs. Therefore, you have selected these options in the "interests" section in the app.


In the template, the product interest appears like this:


In the mail send to the lead, the product interest appears like this:

Product category/product + link

Where you see text in quotation marks like "product category 1/ product 1" followed by a link, this is information drawn from the media, you have registred to your lead.

Email signature

The email signature is prefixed, which means you cannot change it. This is, however, not entirely true because this section draws on the app user's contact information. If you change the contact information on a user in the web interface, the information in the mail signature, will automatically change as well.

Personalize with replacement tokens 

If you use the available replacement tokens, the VivoLead app will automatically use the correct trade show and contact information, when you or your users send out new emails.

Using replacement tokens, lets you make your emails more personal so your lead receives an email personalized not only to their needs with product interest and online media, they have expressed interest in, but also by using the lead's name, their company name and which trade show, you have met your lead at. 

                

Choose different languages

You can easily customise the standard confirmation mail to your needs in up to 6 available languages. Press the wanted language in the right side of the screen to select the mail template, you want to change.
